TRADESMAN Deal to Dealer Steam Achievements after 1.0

Fifty-three badges. One campaign is enough. Some Early Access saves did not map every tick.

Achievements Guide

Version 1.0 shipped 53 Steam achievements. The 23 August 2026 ninja patch already turned them on. AZAMATIKA said old players can pop some by launching the current build, and that you do not need multiple playthroughs for the set — “just once is enough. But what a once.” This page is how that once actually behaves.

How they were added

Achievements were finished before the 11 July 2026 price/release letter. The ninja patch wired Steam to the in-game list. Players who unlocked in-game ticks before Steam counterparts existed reported that those ticks did not always grant the Steam badge later. That is a migration bug, not a hidden second campaign.

Named examples from the community hub after the patch:

  • Bird’s Eye View — tied to a quest players had already finished on Early Access files; some could not retro-unlock without a new game.
  • Black Scorpions — same pattern: quest done, Steam still locked.

If your 1.0 file is fresh, ignore that paragraph. If you carried an Early Access save, check Steam’s achievement page against the in-game list before you grind a second 10,000 standing town “for the badge.” Copy the folder first — controls.

What the set is actually asking

The studio did not publish a public checklist with hidden percentages on day one. From the design of the game, the 53 will mix:

  • Trading milestones (sell on-tag, fill a town’s demand, haul a rarity without fleeing).
  • Squad milestones (hire a rare, read two legal scrolls, cap a pillar legendary).
  • Map milestones (visit belts, open a reputation brick, sleep in Grampstead, plant a Red Flag).
  • Quest / Youngfield / boss ticks.
  • Comedy one-offs the writing already loves.

Do not treat this wiki as an official 53-row table we invented. When a tooltip in your build names a badge, trust it. We will add rows when Steam’s global stats are stable. Until then, play the walkthrough and let badges happen on the side.

Practical farming without a second job

  1. Keep cargo honest so you are not dropping stacks that a trading badge needed — trading.
  2. Sell the demand row; standing unlocks unique hires some badges almost certainly watch — reputation.
  3. Visit Youngfield once the lane is real. The ninja patch tied the boss and that location together.
  4. Sleep in Grampstead (cannot be robbed there after April 2026) so a “home camp” tick cannot brick you.
  5. Workshop languages and the Donkey / Hats DLC do not grant combat badges. Cosmetics.

If a badge will not pop

Relaunch, wait for Steam Cloud, then check if the in-game achievement UI (added with the patch) shows it locally. If local is done and Steam is not, you are in the same boat as Bird’s Eye View. Official channel: Steam discussions and Discord on links. Patch context: patch notes and Version 1.0.

Hats and Donkey do not add hidden Steam ticks. They are supporter cosmetics. If a random site sells an “achievement save,” walk away. Official files live in the Tradesman folder and on Cloud.

There are no weekly gift codes hiding in this list. It is a paid Steam game. Play the cart. Let the 53 follow. When a ninja patch retunes a quest name, reread patch notes before you start a second file just to hunt a renamed joke.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common merchant questions.

How many achievements are there?

53 on Steam at the 1.0 launch. The 23 August 2026 ninja patch enabled them.

Do I need multiple playthroughs?

AZAMATIKA said one campaign is enough. Some Early Access saves missed Steam ticks for finished quests.

Why didn’t Bird’s Eye View unlock?

Players reported the quest was already done on old saves and the Steam badge did not retro-fire. A new file is the blunt fix.

Do DLC packs add achievements?

Hats and Donkey are supporter cosmetics. They are not a second campaign.
