About TRADESMAN: Deal to Dealer

Night tavern settlement in TRADESMAN Deal to Dealer with cargo slots, coins, and the map HUD

TRADESMAN: Deal to Dealer is a single-player pixel trading sim from AZAMATIKA. You leave Grampstead with a cart, buy cheap, sell dear, and hire a squad because every extra crate makes the road nastier. Version 1.0 left Early Access on 27 August 2026. Use the trading guide for demand loops, the combat guide when bandits spawn, and the mercenary tier list before you spend legendary scrolls. Cart sleep, taxi quests, and animal haulers live in carts and animals. Check updates after each patch.

First cart checklist

New merchant? Follow these steps before you overload the wagon.

  1. 1

Leave Grampstead with a thin cart

Read the beginner guide first. Spend starter coins on one demanded stack and a cheap peasant, not a full legendary dream. Sleep at camp to save.

  2. 2

Sell what the town actually wants

Open the trading guide and the goods tier list. Match Industrial, Military, or civilian demand. Extra crates raise road danger.

  3. 3

Hire a squad before the second region

Use the mercenary hub and squad builds. Leadership unlocks rare hires. Four fighters plus one hauler is the party cap.

  4. 4

Upgrade the cart, then the map

Bring planks, ore, and tools for cart upgrades. Put a watch on overnight rests. The trade-route tool lists early towns.

  5. 5

    Spend talent points on purpose

The talents guide ranks Leadership, combat, cooking, and animal handling. Do not scatter gold points across every tree on day one.

  6. 6

    Open the map before Youngfield

Use the map and the walkthrough before the 1.0 boss town. Wasteland and Silvermineham wait until the lane is real.
